On August 27th and 28th, Castillo Jiu-jitsu will conduct a comprehensive Gun Disarming seminar that YOU do not want to miss.  Upon completion of the course you will know:

Triangle Choke Workshop September 4, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  The workshop will cover Drills, Basic Principles, Setups and Finishes.  It is free and open to all schools.  We are positive everyone will be able to learn something new, and if not the drills will be good training.
